Class Schedule
Meditation can be Made Easier, it does not need to be difficult or complex. Meditation can help bring a sense of focus, calm, and clarity into your daily life. This class will help you to begin, or restart, your meditation practice. Learn how to focus your breath for relaxation, calm your energy, and create personal sanctuary. Once this workshop is experienced you will meditate easily and have the calmness that you seek in your life. Sign up now and join us, no previous experience with any kind of meditation is required.

Is offered in our Langley Village classroom as an ongoing, in-depth series on Wednesday evenings. The class series is offered once a week in six week cycles that you can join at anytime.
These small, intimate and powerful classes
will help you to build a deep rooted, rewarding, personal meditation practice in your life.
Class
costs are $15 each for the series of six or $18 each to drop in. Please
call first to register or drop in as class size is kept small.

A Sanctuary for Healing is a weekly group held in my office in Langley. This supportive group offers a safe and comfortable atmosphere for the exploration of personal life balance issues.
Common topics include stress and anger management, personal boundaries, relationships and self-esteem building.
A group counseling setting can be an ideal and affordable way for those beginning to heal while finding support from others.
The group size is purposefully kept small and intimate and discussions are held in an atmosphere of discretion and without judgment, creating a safe environment to heal.

Finding and Meeting the Right Partner
