~ The Meditation Made Easier evening class will be held on Thursday again this week because of a previous commitment with Swedish Medical Center. We will return to Wednesday evening from 6-:7:00 PM the following week on 2/25/09.
~ "A Sanctuary for Healing" will begin soon on Tuesdays evenings from 6-7:30 PM. This small, intimate support group will offer a safe and comfortable atmosphere for the exploration of personal life balance issues. Common topics will include stress and anger management, personal boundaries, relationships and self-esteem building. ~"Finding and Meeting the Right Partner" is a one evening workshop that will be offered again on Friday February 27th from 6-8:00 PM. The cost is $25 and it includes a 24 page workbook.
